The Last "Frist" Christmas Performance Ever
I remember going to the Grace Place Preschool 9 years ago for the very first time to watch my oldest son in his first ever Christmas performance and as he stood there frozen with a little tear in his eye he was still the cutest 3 year old ever.
Then 4 years ago I went back to the very same preschool to watch middle son preform his first ever Christmas performance and he sang very loud and was such a ham. He stole the show.
So last night was my little princesses very first ever Christmas performance, at the same preschool her brothers attended, and she was great! She did a little wave to us to say hi and then she sang all the songs and she sang with all the hand motions and with a big smile on her face.

As I sat there watching tears crept into my eyes because I was thinking this was the last "first" Christmas performance for my kids. I know they have bigger and better things ahead of them but I can't help feel that my kids are growing up way too fast!

I was thinking pretty much the same thing - They aren't MY kids but they are all mine in a their own certain little ways and they are all getting so big is just not funny! AT ALL!!!
So glad to hear she did well and didn't stand up there crying as you feared. She actually looks like she was having a lot of fun.
I hate the last firsts too....for exactly the same reason.
Mine too! I can't believe it, it's so sad how fast they grow.
Oh I can so relate. That's exactly how I felt. It just feels like they are slipping through my fingers like sand...no way I can keep it from happening. I guess we just remember every minute we can and enjoy. Loved your precious pics.
I'm feeling ya...just blogged about that the other day.
Oh my goodness...she is just to cute!!! Congrats on your last "first" performance!! I'm sure there will be many more "firsts" to come!

What adorable pics! They do grow up so quickly. My twins are turning four next week and I'm so not ready....

Awww, she is so pretty!! She looks like she was really into it, I'm sure you were so proud. And I think that thought would bring a tear to my eye as well!! :)
