Seattle
Let me first say that I was so born to be a city girl and Seattle is the place I was born to live. D'man on the other hand has told be that no way in hell will we ever live there....so I will have my pictures and my dreams.

We did so much in the couple days we were there. We went to Pike Place Market, we ate lunch at the Space Needle, we went to the Seattle Aquarium, we went on a ferry boat ride, and we ate out a lot! Oh yeah and the reason for the trip....I ran a half marathon which we really won't talk much about since it was my worst one ever!
OK then moving on....
The market was my favorite. We went there a couple of times. I loved just walking around down there checking out the little shops while eating fresh fruit from the stands. We found some really cool little book stores and shops.

But by far my favorite thing was the "fish throwing"
I have soooooo many more pictures and stories to tell but due to lack of time this is all you get for today.

Honey, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that actually finishing a half marathon has you beating the majority of the population. Including me!! I would die.
Congrats!
Looks like a very cool market. Your pictures are wonderful and I am sure you did just fine in the half marathon. :)
i would LOVE to go to Seattle! thanks for sharing your pics and congrats on the 1/2 marathon. even if it was your "worst" you still did it, right?
You're upset because it's your worst run ever!? Oh, please.. You ran a half marathon!! That you finished is more than most Americans, me included, could do.. Oh, well I might make it to the end. Is there a maximum time limit!?!?!
And you got to visit a lovely city as well.. So more pics please!! (When you can!!) Glad you had a good time!!
I love Seattle. It's my favorite American city besides San Fran.
The fish throwing is awesome!! There is actually a video made of it that talk about customer service.
Congrats on the half marathon..you finished it!
I could spend hours upon hours at the Pike Place Market. And have! I LOVE Seattle!
Congrats on the race. You were really there for the vacation anyway, right?
that looks like so much fun
I am so an urban girl too! My hubbie - not so much! It sucks - want to move in together?
looks like a great time!!! I think it would be fun to see the fish being thrown; congrats that you even attempted to run a marathon!

I stumbled upon your blog, and this post made me so homesick. I am a Seattle-ite now living in Missouri and I miss my home like mad! Such a gorgeous city!
